Laurent Carozzi

Chief Financial Officer, Emeria Group

Laurent Carozzi has been Group Chief Financial Officer of Emeria since 2 March 2026. He reports directly to the Group Chief Executive Officer and is a member of the Senior Leadership Committee.
Mr. Carozzi brings extensive experience in senior finance leadership roles within complex, multi-country organisations, particularly across the services, media and facility management sectors.

Prior to joining Emeria, he served as Chief Financial Officer of Atalian Group from 2023, a leading provider of cleaning and facility management services in France and across Europe. Earlier in his career, he held senior finance positions at Lagardère Sport Entertainment, Publicis and Technicolor.
His areas of expertise include financial transformation, strategic performance management, international operations oversight and the support of growth and business transformation initiatives. As Group CFO, he oversees all financial activities and plays a key role in strengthening the Group’s structure and performance, supporting Emeria’s development across the French and European real estate services and technology sectors.

Mr Carozzi graduated from Université Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne and École Normale Supérieure de Cachan (France).
