Bruno Vaquette

Chief Executive Officer, Emeria Group

Mr. Vaquette has served as Chief Executive Officer of Emeria since August 18, 2025. He leads the Group’s overall strategy and operations across Europe, driving its transformation and innovation efforts in the real estate services and technology sectors.

Prior to joining Emeria, Mr. Vaquette spent 24 years at Sodexo, where he held multiple executive leadership roles across France, China, the United States, and Europe. He joined the Sodexo Group in 2001 and was appointed Chief Operating Officer of Corporate Services in France in 2012. In 2014, he became President of Sodexo China, a position he held until 2018. He was then promoted to Global Chief Executive Officer of Sodexo’s Seniors segment, based in the United States, until December 2020. From January 2021, Mr. Vaquette served as CEO of the Health/Seniors and Education segments for Continental Europe. In November 2022, he was appointed CEO of Sodexo France, reinforcing the Group’s strategic and operational leadership in its home market.

Mr. Vaquette holds degrees from SKEMA Business School and INSEAD. His deep operational expertise, international experience, and proven track record in leading transformation initiatives are key assets in supporting Emeria’s continued growth, technological differentiation, and client-centric strategy.
